As a pass holder, the fastest way to get help is to reach the match operator or competition organiser directly from the live page. They are responsible for the stream and can resolve most pass-related issues quickly.

  1. 1 Browse to the match or competition you purchased a pass for.
  2. 2 Open the match live page.
  3. 3 Scroll down to the Contact Operator or Contact Organizer section and send your message directly.
