1. General

The owner and operator of the website easysportstream.com (hereinafter "Online Store") is Tooming Solutions OÜ (registry code 12074601), located at Lepa 12, 50705 Tartu, Estonia.

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of digital passes (hereinafter "Passes") to access live or on-demand sport event streams via the Online Store. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Definition and Purchase of Passes

We offer two types of digital pass products:

Match Pass: A digital product that grants the purchaser permanent access to view a particular sports event stream, whether live or recorded.

Competition Pass: A digital product that grants the purchaser permanent access to view all matches within a particular competition or tournament, whether live or recorded.

The product description, price and validity are displayed alongside the Pass in the ordering interface. Upon successful payment, the Pass is delivered to your account immediately and you may access the streams as indicated. Access does not expire.

3. Activation and Service Start

By purchasing and activating a Pass, the streaming service begins immediately (or at the designated start time as described). You acknowledge that access to the digital content is provided without delay and the service is consumed electronically.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

4.1 Consumers (i.e., natural persons acting outside their business activity) ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act ("Võlaõigusseadus") implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

4.2 However, you expressly agree that the provision of the service (digital content — the stream) begins immediately upon purchase and you thereby lose the right of withdrawal as per § 53(4) p 7 of the Võlaõigusseadus.

4.3 Accordingly, no legal entitlement to a 14-day refund applies for Passes once you begin access.

4.4 In accordance with the laws on electronic commerce and distance selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), it is NOT possible to cancel the purchase of tickets, neither to obtain reimbursement of nominal value, nor to change the date, or to modify the order, once the digital content has been provided and access has begun.

4.5 Nevertheless, EasySportStream is consumer-friendly and offers a voluntary refund window of 36 hours from the time of purchase during which you may request a refund by contacting info@easysportstream.com. After that 36-hour period, the Pass is non-refundable.

4.6 Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and subject to any applicable payment-provider or administrative fees being deducted.

5. Withholding of Streamer Payouts

To manage refund risk, the Online Store may withhold payout to the streamer associated with the event until 36 hours after the purchase of the Pass has occurred. After that 36-hour period expires (and provided no refund has been requested), the payout becomes payable to the streamer. This mechanism ensures that any refunded Passes are appropriately accounted for.

6. Consumer's Obligations

The purchaser must not reproduce, share, transmit or otherwise make available the Pass or streaming link to third parties. The Pass is intended for your personal use only.

Each Pass allows viewing on only one device at a time. Simultaneous viewing on multiple devices is not permitted and may result in service disruption for all devices. This restriction helps maintain service quality and prevent unauthorized sharing.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected (name, email, phone number, payment information, etc.) will be processed by Tooming Solutions OÜ in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in order to fulfil the contract, deliver the Pass, provide access to the stream, send transactional communications and (where permitted) marketing information. You have the right to opt-out of marketing notifications at any time by sending an email to info@easysportstream.com. For deletion of your personal data, contact the same email address.

8. Streaming of Events

The streams concern public sporting events. By attending such public events, attendees implicitly consent to being shown in the broadcast, with the focus on the event as a whole and not targeting specific individuals. If an individual considers themselves identifiable and requests removal or review of the broadcast, they may contact info@easysportstream.com — each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Broadcast Rights and Liability

9.1 The event organizer retains all broadcast rights to the sporting events streamed through the Online Store. By using our platform to stream an event, the organizer represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to broadcast the event, including but not limited to venue rights, participant consents, music rights, and any other intellectual property rights.

9.2 EasySportStream operates solely as a technical platform provider, offering streaming infrastructure and payment processing services. We do not claim ownership of any broadcast content and do not assume responsibility for verifying that organizers have obtained proper rights and permissions.

9.3 The organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tooming Solutions OÜ, EasySportStream, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from rights violations, including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized use of likenesses, or breach of venue agreements.

9.4 If you believe that content streamed through our platform infringes your rights, please contact the event organizer directly. For assistance in identifying the appropriate organizer, you may contact info@easysportstream.com, though we disclaim any obligation to mediate rights disputes between third parties.

10. Camera Credits

Camera Credits are prepaid credits that can be purchased and added to your account balance. Camera Credits can only be used for streaming sports events on the Online Store. Camera Credits cannot be used for any other purpose and are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

Camera Credits are non-refundable. Once purchased, Camera Credits will remain in your account balance and can be used for future streaming activities, but cannot be refunded or withdrawn.

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of Camera Credits from the Online Store.

11. Infrastructure and Third-Party Services

11.1 EasySportStream uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure for video streaming, including AWS Elemental MediaLive and Amazon Interactive Video Service (IVS).

11.2 Effective February 2, 2026, AWS does not provide patent defense or payment obligations for third-party patent claims related to audio/video encoding, decoding, or transcoding. This is an industry-standard approach among cloud media service providers.

11.3 EasySportStream uses widely-adopted, industry-standard video codecs (H.264, H.265) and there are no known patent claims against end users of cloud streaming platforms using these codecs.

11.4 The actual risk to users is minimal as this limitation applies across all major cloud streaming providers and affects the streaming industry as a whole.

12. Payment Provider

We use LHV Paytech as our payment provider.

Tooming Solutions OÜ is the personal data controller and is providing relevant data to the personal data processor, LHV Paytech.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please email info@easysportstream.com. If we cannot resolve the issue by agreement, you may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee (tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon or invoke EU online dispute resolution via webgate.ec.europa.eu.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be accessible on the Website. If changes are material, we will notify registered users or display prominent notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between you and the Online Store are governed by Estonian law.
