How to request deletion of your EasySportStream account and data
At a glance:
- Sign in and request deletion directly from your Profile page.
- Deletion is permanent and removes your account, profile, and stream history.
- Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — From your profile (recommended)
- Sign in to your EasySportStream account.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Request Account Deletion.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your deletion request will be queued and processed within 7 days.
Option 2 — By email
If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to info@easysportstream.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We will process your request within 7 days.
Requests must be sent from your registered email address so we can verify account ownership.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, authentication identifiers)
- Your stream history and match records
- Your connected social accounts (YouTube, Facebook OAuth tokens)
- Your subscription and billing records held by EasySportStream
What data may be retained
Some data may be kept for a limited period after deletion:
- Up to 30 days: anonymised usage logs retained for fraud prevention and security auditing, after which they are purged.
- As required by law: financial transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax or accounting regulations.
Streams published to YouTube or Facebook are stored on those platforms and must be deleted separately through your YouTube or Facebook account settings.
