💳 Payments & Payouts 3

When do I receive payouts?

Payouts are processed every Tuesday morning. This means revenue earned during a week will be paid out the following Tuesday. For example, revenue from Monday-Sunday will be included in the payout processed on Tuesday of the next week.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a full refund within 36 hours of your purchase. After 36 hours, please contact our support team and we'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to my access if I request a refund?

Your access to the content is not affected by refund requests. Even if you receive a full or partial refund for a match pass or competition pass, you will continue to have access to watch the content. This applies to both live streams and recorded content (VOD).

We believe in customer satisfaction, and we want you to feel confident requesting a refund if you're not happy with your purchase, without worrying about losing access to content you've already started watching.

💰 Pricing & Billing 3

How much does EasySportStream cost?

Adding a camera to your account requires Camera Credits (2€/day per camera). Streaming costs are based on quality and viewer count: SD streaming has a base rate of 4€/hour and HD streaming has a base rate of 8€/hour, plus an additional variable cost per viewer (SD: 0.10€/hour per viewer, HD: 0.20€/hour per viewer). Viewers pay to watch individual matches or purchase competition passes. Check our pricing page for details.

What is a "free stream" and how much does it cost?

A "free stream" means viewers can watch for free without purchasing a match pass. However, as the operator, you still pay for the streaming infrastructure.

Regular stream: Viewers pay for match passes (typically 2.99€+), and you pay lower streaming rates (SD: 4€/hour, HD: 8€/hour)

Free stream: Viewers watch for free, and you pay higher streaming rates (SD: 10€/hour, HD: 20€/hour)

Both pricing models include additional costs based on viewer count: SD streams cost €0.10 per viewer per hour, while HD streams cost €0.20 per viewer per hour. Use free streams for promotional events or to build your audience. The free stream option is available when you start streaming.

Can I change a stream from free to paid (or paid to free) while streaming?

No, the free stream setting cannot be changed while a stream is running. You must stop the stream first, then select whether you want it to be a free stream or regular stream before starting it again.

Free stream: Viewers watch for free, you pay higher rates (SD: 10€/hour, HD: 20€/hour)

Regular stream: Viewers pay via match passes, you pay lower rates (SD: 4€/hour, HD: 8€/hour)

Both pricing models include additional viewer-based costs (SD: €0.10/viewer/hour, HD: €0.20/viewer/hour). Plan your pricing model before going live.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes! Camera owners can set prices for individual match passes. Competition organizers can set prices for both match passes and competition-wide passes. This flexibility lets you choose the pricing that works best for your audience.

🔒 Privacy & GDPR 1

Can competition organizers and operators see who purchased passes?

No. In compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), operators and competition organizers cannot see the personal details of customers who have purchased passes. Customer email addresses are masked (e.g., j***n@example.com) to protect their privacy. This applies to all pass purchases including competition passes, match passes, and MP4 downloads.

Organizers can still see aggregated statistics like total number of passes sold and revenue, but individual customer identities remain protected.
